Eight decision-ready deliverables
/01 · Executive summary
FTMC needs a technical foundation for a membership-based motorcar club spanning blockchain assets, member wallets, governance, web and mobile experiences, club operations, and back-office integrations.
Validate the architecture, expose material technical and regulatory risk, define the MVP, and establish the sequence for a subsequent development statement of work.
Define how a luxury vehicle can be represented as a tokenized real-world asset, including provenance, custody, ownership rights, transfer rules, and off-chain enforcement.
FTMC receives eight client-owned deliverables suitable for implementation planning, vendor evaluation, technical diligence, and development scoping.
/02 · Discovery scope
On-chain and off-chain services, member interfaces, administrative systems, integrations, multi-region cloud design, edge strategy, security layers, and cross-location synchronization.
Chain validation, token standards, smart contracts, wallet infrastructure, key management, governance, tokenomics, audit planning, and client-controlled deployment authority.
Onboarding, authentication, KYC, wallet creation, membership acquisition, digital asset access, benefit redemption, and consistent web and mobile journeys.
Engineering-led assessment of complexity, dependencies, security, governance, tokenomics, integrations, and regulatory follow-up requirements.
Minimum launch scope for the first member cohort, explicit deferrals, acceptance criteria, global expansion considerations, sequencing rationale, and rough development effort estimates.
/03 · Luxury vehicle tokenization
The discovery will define a defensible technical model for tokenizing a luxury vehicle as a real-world asset. The work will distinguish whole-asset representation from fractional ownership and document where legal validation is required.
VIN · digital twin · metadata
Title · service · inspection
Rights · restrictions · lifecycle
Keys · storage · insurance
Settlement · title · delivery
Token standard options, metadata schema, vehicle digital twin, document hashes, lifecycle events, and links between the token, title, custody, and physical possession.
Whole ownership, membership-linked use rights, and fractionalization options, with clear separation between technical feasibility and legal classification.
Custodian and owner responsibilities, wallet and multisig controls, lien and encumbrance flags, transfer restrictions, freeze and recovery procedures, and audit history.
Valuation inputs, liquidity assumptions, secondary transfers, securities risk flags, KYC and AML dependencies, jurisdictional constraints, and required legal follow-up.
/04 · Deliverables
| Deliverable | Output | Accepted when |
|---|---|---|
| D1 · System architecture | Visual map and written narrative covering platform components, interfaces, services, integrations, infrastructure, data flows, and security layers. | The architecture shows the on-chain and off-chain system, named integrations, ownership boundaries, and major trust zones. |
| D2 · Blockchain architecture | Chain and token standard validation, smart contract structure, governance, wallet model, key management, tokenomics, and audit plan. | Each requested blockchain decision has a documented recommendation and rationale. |
| D3 · Technology stack | Recommended stack across blockchain, backend, frontend, mobile, data, infrastructure, security, and DevOps. | Each major selection is linked to FTMC requirements, constraints, and integration needs. |
| D4 · Feasibility and risk | Prioritized register covering technical complexity, dependencies, security, integrations, governance, tokenomics, and regulatory flags. | Every material risk includes a severity assessment and mitigation or further-scoping path. |
| D5 · Member experience | Architecture-level flows for onboarding, KYC, wallet creation, membership acquisition, authentication, assets, benefits, governance, web, and mobile. | The core member journeys, system touchpoints, and decision points are documented. |
| D6 · MVP definition | Included features, explicit deferrals, rationale, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for the first member cohort. | The MVP boundary is specific enough to support a development statement of work. |
| D7 · Development phasing | Foundation, MVP, and post-MVP roadmap with sequencing rationale and rough effort estimates. | The roadmap identifies dependencies, decision gates, and global expansion as a later phase. |
| D8 · Vehicle tokenization framework | Architecture for luxury vehicle identity, provenance, custody, token rights, ownership options, transfer, redemption, lifecycle events, and compliance risk flags. | The relationship between the physical vehicle, legal ownership, custody, digital twin, and token is explicit. |
/05 · Timeline
Confirm objectives, review the whitepaper, map stakeholders, inventory integrations, and establish open decisions.

/07 · Investment
$20,000 USD fixed fee
Six weeks covering the FTMC platform, blockchain ecosystem, member experience, MVP, risk, and luxury vehicle tokenization framework.
$10,000 USD optional add-on
Public-facing FTMC website design prepared alongside the discovery engagement.
/08 · Engagement terms
The fixed fee covers the scope and eight deliverables described in this quote. New implementation work, proof-of-concept work, or material scope changes require a separate written quote.
The commencement date and payment milestones will be confirmed in the short-form engagement agreement before work begins.
FTMC provides the whitepaper, relevant business and technical source material, access to decision-makers, and timely consolidated feedback.
The engagement agreement will reflect the agreed intellectual property assignment, client-controlled accounts and infrastructure, standard portable formats, and no vendor lock-in.
All work remains governed by the executed mutual NDA. Webisoft will not publish or reference the engagement without FTMC's prior written consent.
Regulatory and legal topics are identified for follow-up but do not constitute legal, tax, securities, or regulatory advice.
